JustBan: tracks down dishonest entrepreneurs via Just-on-web
Everyone can consult the central register of management bans (JustBan) via Just-on-web, the digital portal of Justice. This register lists all persons and entrepreneurs who have been banned (this may take some years) from managing by the court and who therefore cannot exercise management functions in a company for a certain period.
