The UPA-J section
This section of the UPA-BUA aims to be a platform for reflection and exchanges between "young architects" (of all status and "practices") to allow them to identify their needs and expectations in order to relay them to the relevant professional bodies and to organize initiatives to provide them with answers, drawing on the experience and "logistics" of the association.
Given the two types of interested public (young professionals and Master students) and their specific requests, the UPA-J section organizes:
- information evenings and debate on the internship and entry into professional life (social legislation, accounting, taxation, insurance, etc.);
- workshops for young professionals on practical issues: planning permission, architecture contract, cost estimation, etc.
The UPA-J section is also working on a guide to practical fact sheets that would bring together the experience gathered through the UPA-BUA workshops and other information initiatives.
