VMSW launches CBO2020

The Flemish Social Housing Company (VMSW) is launching a new CBO procedure. Private initiators can build social housing through CBO. The VMSW provides 130 million euros for this procedure and gives private initiators more time to prepare their candidacy. If there is a lot of interest from the construction sector, the Minister of Housing, Matthias Diependaele, provides 50 million extra for this procedure.
