UNIT PRICES SCHEDULE 2024

Every 3 years for the past 40 years, the Union Professionnelle d'Architectes UPA-BUA has published an updated edition of its Bordereau des Prix Unitaires. Over the years, this bilingual document (FR/NL) has established itself as an essential reference work in the Belgian building industry.

The 2024 edition of the Bordereau des Prix Unitaires lists the prices charged for the supply and installation of more than 2,000 items of common building materials and components (collected and analysed in 2022 and 2023).

But above all, this new edition, which has benefited from the support of BRUXELLES ENVIRONNEMENT, includes prices for over 200 items relating to circular, bio-sourced and sustainable materials, as well as equipment for innovative special techniques, in order to meet the new challenges facing builders.

Thanks to the income generated by the Unit Price Schedule, the UPA supports humanitarian and social initiatives in Belgium and abroad.

Practical information :

You can obtain the BPU 2024 for € 125.00 (including 6% VAT).

  • By transferring this amount plus € 10.00 for secure postage to the ING account BE90 3100 5013 3932 with the mention BPU 2024 followed by your VAT number and the delivery address (if different from the transfer address). Payments by credit card are no longer possible.
  • Or, if necessary, by going to the Architect's House, rue Ernest Allard 21, on working days from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00. Payment of € 125.00 in cash

Conditions spéciales :

  • This book is always free for full members of the UPA-BUA who have paid their dues, with one copy sent automatically in the year of publication. A charge will be made for any additional copies.
  • Special conditions may be considered for group purchases (on request).
