Madrid ahora wanted to acquire architectural icons with an image of modernity signed Jean Nouvel for the extension of the Reina Sofia Museum, Rafael Moneo for the Prado Museum, Richard Rogers for the airport, Ricardo Bofill for the Congress Palace, Norman Foster for the Caja Tower, Santiago Calatrava for the future obelisk, Alvaro Siza for the Colon tourist centre and the Prado Recoletos axis, José Aranguren and Justo Gallego for the ABC museum, Herzog & de Meuron for the Caixa Forum and its plant wall by Patrick Blanc and also MVRDV, Raphael De La-Hoz, Morphosis, Foa ...
