This astonishing project proposes to solve the problems associated with the growth of the world's population by means of very tall buildings grouped together in an orderly fashion, linked together by networks supported by bridges to form small vertical cities that free up the soil.

The conference was followed by a question time and the evening ended with the traditional glass of friendship.
