THE ARCHITECT IN THE FACE OF PROFESSIONAL ACCESS CONTROL AND EXPERT APPRAISALS
The control of "access" to the profession of contractors is too often raised by lawyers as a means of pressure in expert appraisals and architects are then very poorly equipped.
The various situations in which the architect may find himself during private or judicial expert appraisals will then be illustrated. Some lessons learned from the last years of expertise have illustrated the presentation.
