Ciné-club L'INCONNU DE SHANDIGOR

For the end of this season, UPA-BUA invites you to a casual movie night.
On the programme:
- L'INCONNU DE SHANDIGOR (1967) by Jean-Louis Roy, 90 min
Surrealist parody of a spy film, this film, directed by Jean-Louis Roy with actors such as Jacques Dufilho, Marie-France Boyer, Serge Gainsbourg (who signs the music) or the disturbing Daniel Emilfork, was presented at the Cannes Film Festival (nominated for the Palme d'Or) and the Locarno Festival.
A rare, hilarious, unclassifiable and crazy film shot in "architectural" places such as "Villa Bertrand" in Cointe, Park Güel and Sagrada Familia or in different places in Geneva (Pâquis Baths, Wall of the Reformers, Museum art and history, Tours de Carouge, Cornavin train station, Cointrin airport, etc.).
The projection, proposed by Bernard Hemeleers to inaugurate a film club with a new projector, will be followed by a friendly discussion around a glass of Quintine (beer of Ellezelles) to end the season.
Participation: free for members, 5 € for non-members
