Permanences
The secretariat of the UPA-BUA is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09.00 to 12.30 AM and from 01.30 to 05.00 PM. The hotline is available on Mondays and Fridays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, and on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 PM.
Purchases of the “BPU 2024” and any other UPA-BUA publications are made by appointment by contacting the secretariat by email.
